About Richard
Richard Honey was born and raised in the United Kingdom. At age 25, he moved to the United States and is now resident in Oklahoma - just North of Tulsa, where he lives with his wife Jo Ann.

Richard spent many years in the technology industry which gave him the ability to analyse a problem and identify a solution in a very methodical and structured way. This is the way computer systems are built and it is also the way to break the chains of old negative habits and train the brain to adopt new habits - healthy, positive habits that are necessary to follow the steps of transformation and "life by design".
​
In 2006, Richard and Jo Ann founded a mission, which later became a church, to serve the homeless and the addicted in their community. This presented many challenges with alcoholics, drug addicts and unmarried mothers who not only required "all their material needs met" but also needed a "step up" - not a "hand out".
​
While Richard worked in the technology field he became a pastor - coaching, teaching and leading people to Jesus with the knowledge necessary to provide that "step up" to a better and more fruitful way of living.
Richard is more than an accountability partner. He is more than a coach who cheers you on from the sidelines.

Richard is the kind of person that is willing to roll up his shirt sleeves and get down in the dirt with you - coaching you late at night when you feel like nobody cares or you are experiencing fear, anger or other negative emotions.

Richard understands that your ability to transform into an in individual fully capable of "living life by design" hinges on a team effort. Allow him to be a part of your team.
