Having raised up a mission in 2006 and ministered to the homeless and addicted for 10 years, Richard is uniquely called to provide the fruit of his experiences to those who are raising up evangelists and missionaries, to go into the world around them.

Richard's programs include "Organization and Management", "De-escalation Procedures", "Authority and Spiritual Warfare" and "Setting Up Warming Shelters."
Some of these programs might place people at risk when evangelizing outside the four walls of the church, Richard addresses specific challenges when assisting with the establishment of these programs in your community.
