So, the process of TRUE change is complex and can be difficult but the 3 basic steps outlined here sum up the process on which we can take this journey.

Unchained
You didn't get to where you are in life overnight!

Step 1 is a transforming process. A process that helps you to understand that attitudes and behaviors contributed to your current circumstance - and, CHANGED attitudes and behaviors can take you to the life you wish to create.

To change and live life by design you need to be "unchained" from the negative habits and behaviors that put you where you are, and create new belief systems. This process starts from the inside, the deepest parts of you and works it's way outwards. Transformation awakens a part of you that you thought was lost. That "younger self" (much younger) who asked every question and played in the "dirtiest of dirt" because it was fun. Your middle name was "sponge" because you absorbed the life around you and started to develop your own likes and dislikes, passions and a sense of wonderment about your world

Foundations
Before you can build a foundation, you have to have a design. In other words, the plan has to be uncovered, and drawn out so it can be followed. This also allows us to measure progress - see how we are doing on this voyage of self-discovery.

As we lay the foundation for our "life by design", we will be building a solid structure on which we can erect the businesses or career choices, family choices and passions of our life.

Transition
Once transformation has taken place and become rooted in your heart and belief system - once the foundation has been laid, you are ready to start a process of transition. During this process you will move from old habits and an old mode of behavior to a new lifestyle that allows you to pursue your passions and live life by design.
